The Source Of Volga River is Valdai Plateau. The Volga is the longest river in Europe. It belongs to the closed basin of the Caspian Sea. It is situated in Russia, passing through Astrakhan, Volgograd, Saratov, Samara, Kazan, Ulyanovsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl and Tver. It is 3,692 km (2,294 mi) long.
